Another in the now-famous "Planet Cookbook" series - I have to say that Kenyan food is now my world-wide favorite! Planet Cookbooks have opened up a whole new culinary experience for me & my family... I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to learn how to prepare the delectable meals which are indigenous to the countries of Eastern Africa. For your convenience, the recipes use American measurements, utensils and methods, and there are color pictures for every recipe - along with clear instructions and cultural explanations. This is my favorite book thus far in the Planet Cookbook series - although I must say that the Ethiopian Cookbook is also one of my all time favorites. The meals have turned out absolutely amazing and I love that the proceeds go right back to help the poor in this GREAT East African country of Kenya. This is an AMAZING BOOK, and in support of an AMAZING CAUSE. Do yourself a favor and try these recipes for yourself. You will never regret it!
